1 large onion thickly sliced
1/3 cup maple flavored syrup
1/4 cup hot dijon mustard or spicy country-style
3 lbs. boneless country-style pork ribs trimmed of fat
Place onion slices in bottom of crockpot. Mix syrup and mustard and spread evenly over meat. Layer meat over onions. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
Notes: Makes nice gravy to serve over baked potatoes.
